Cobertura en Salud y Educaci\u00f3n.\n-Modernizaci\u00f3n Centro Oncol\u00f3gico Ambulatorio Antofagasta. -Construcci\u00f3n Dispositivo Salud San Pedro de Atacama. -4 Liceos Bicentenario. -Centro de Formaci\u00f3n T\u00e9cnica Calama. -Nuevos Jardines Infantiles en Toconao y Mar\u00eda Elena. -Reposici\u00f3n de Liceo C-20 Taltal, finalizaci\u00f3n construcci\u00f3n Escuela D48 en Calama y Construcci\u00f3n Escuela Licancabur en San Pedro de Atacama.\n\nLOGROS REGIONALES A\u00d1O 2019\n1. Crecimiento y empleo \na) Sistema log\u00edstico industrial:\n-  En marzo de 2020, se iniciaron las obras preliminares de la doble v\u00eda Carmen Alto-Calama.\nb) Empleo, emprendimiento y superaci\u00f3n de la pobreza,, con una inversi\u00f3n de 1617 millones para los siguientes fondos: \u201cYo trabajo j\u00f3venes\u201d, Yo trabajo - Apoyo a tu plan laboral\u201d , \u201cYo emprendo\u201d y \u201cYo emprendo - Semilla\u201d,  el programa de educaci\u00f3n financiera, dirigido a ni\u00f1os, ni\u00f1as y adultos, \u201cFamilias\u201d ; Sercotec dispuso del programa de fomento a la provincia de El Loa por la emergencia clim\u00e1tica del a\u00f1o 2019 para ayudar a 70 pymes, con una inversi\u00f3n de 193 millones de pesos, Sernatur, por su parte, benefici\u00f3 directamente a pymes de alojamiento mediante el programa de reactivaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica para San Pedro de Atacama, con una inversi\u00f3n de 112 millones de pesos, e Indespa realiz\u00f3 un programa de transferencia de fomento productivo para el sector pesquero artesanal que benefici\u00f3 a cinco organizaciones de pescadores artesanales, con una inversi\u00f3n de 152 millones de pesos.\nc) Estrategia h\u00eddrica: Cabe destacar que en abril del a\u00f1o 2020, se logr\u00f3 la aprobaci\u00f3n del primer estudio para el diagn\u00f3stico y conservaci\u00f3n de los anfibios altoandinos de la regi\u00f3n de Antofagasta, conocidos coloquialmente como las ranitas del Loa, con inversi\u00f3n 248 millones de pesos.\nd) Estrategia energ\u00e9tica.\nDestaca el plan \u201c+ Energ\u00eda\u201d que ha permitido la generaci\u00f3n de 17 iniciativas de inversi\u00f3n que totalizan la suma de mil 194 millones de d\u00f3lares.\ne) Fomento, identidad y turismo Durante el a\u00f1o 2019:\nLa Corporaci\u00f3n de Desarrollo Ind\u00edgena ejecut\u00f3 mil 368 millones de pesos en San Pedro de Atacama, de los cuales, 377 millones de pesos se otorgaron en subsidios para diversas comunidades y personas ind\u00edgenas.\n\n2. Desarrollo territorial y calidad de vida.\n a) Vivienda Durante el a\u00f1o 2019 se entregaron tres mil 300 subsidios cuantitativos. A su vez, se entregaron mil 66 subsidios cualitativos. En materia de campamentos, durante el 2019 se inici\u00f3 el proceso del cierre del campamento Frei Bonn en Calama. \nb) Parques urbanos\nc) Plan de movilidad sustentable\nd) Desarrollo regional Durante el a\u00f1o 2019, la Subsecretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Regional concret\u00f3 18 iniciativas relacionadas a recuperaci\u00f3n de infraestructura, edificaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica y obras menores en \u00e1reas comunitarias en la comuna de San Pedro de Atacama con una inversi\u00f3n de 812 millones de pesos.\n3. Seguridad ciudadana y protecci\u00f3n civil a) Protecci\u00f3n ante desastres naturales La regi\u00f3n de Antofagasta ha quedado expuesta a amenazas de aluviones producto de las lluvias 4 mil millones de pesos.\nQuebrada Riquelme que consider\u00f3 28 muros estabilizadores por m\u00e1s de mil 820 millones de pesos.\nQuebrada Jardines del Sur se encuentra en ejecuci\u00f3n la segunda etapa que incluye 50 nuevos muros estabilizadores por un costo cercano a los 3 mil millones de pesos.\nb) Plan de seguridad ciudadana.\n4. Cobertura en educaci\u00f3n y salud \na) Cobertura en salud 933 millones de pesos y con un total de diez mil beneficiarios.\nb) Educaci\u00f3n e infancia con una cobertura superior a los 12 mil millones de pesos.\n5. Otras iniciativas:\na) Envejecimiento positivo Durante el 2019 se ejecut\u00f3 la construcci\u00f3n de un nuevo Centro D\u00eda Referencial para personas mayores de Antofagasta. La inversi\u00f3n fue de mil 100 millones de pesos y benefici\u00f3 a 90 personas. \nb) Deporte: El Instituto Nacional de Deportes ejecut\u00f3 mil 623 millones de pesos en diversas iniciativas, entre las que destacan: talleres de formaci\u00f3n deportivas, talleres recreativos vecinales,  Se desarrollaron torneos y competencias deportivas.\nEn relaci\u00f3n a los proyectos de fomento deportivo, se implementaron 198 millones de pesos, en la l\u00ednea de apoyo a organizaciones sociales y deportivas de proyectos beneficiando a tres mil 861 personas en toda la regi\u00f3n. \nc) Recuperemos Chile Con ocasi\u00f3n de los hechos de violencia que afectaron a la regi\u00f3n a partir del 18 de octubre, identificamos los principales da\u00f1os en el rayado de las fachadas de inmuebles; sem\u00e1foros inutilizados; aceras y pavimentos destruidas para usarlas como proyectiles contra la fuerza p\u00fablica y\/o levantar barricadas; infraestructura patrimonial situada en espacios p\u00fablicos da\u00f1ada; establecimientos educacionales con destrozos en su fachada e interior; lo mismo a prop\u00f3sito de la infraestructura de las micro, peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas, con una inversi\u00f3n de 365 millones de pesos. \n\nLOGROS REGIONALES 2020\nInicio obras construcci\u00f3n de la Doble V\u00eda Carmen Alto-Calama. \ninversi\u00f3n de 217 mil millones, 137 kil\u00f3metros\nPlan Territorial Integrado de Log\u00edstica (PTI), inversi\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de MM$1.000, beneficiarios  m\u00e1s de 100 empresas; asociaciones gremiales y sus trabajadoras(es).\nPlan Energ\u00eda: 28 proyectos en construcci\u00f3n, el a\u00f1o cerro con un 21% de energ\u00edas limpias, US$ 4.177 millones y se generaron m\u00e1s de 5 mil empleos, se aprobaron ambientalmente 23 iniciativas de generaci\u00f3n de energ\u00edas sustentables, implicar\u00e1n una inversi\u00f3n aproximada de US$ 3.062.\nReactivaci\u00f3n y desarrollo econ\u00f3mico\nFomento, identidad y turismo\nInversi\u00f3n de veinti\u00fan millones 700 mil pesos en apoyo a empresarios y emprendedores ind\u00edgenas de la regi\u00f3n. \n700 millones en construcci\u00f3n y habilitaci\u00f3n de obras de riego y\/o drenaje que beneficio a 69 familias de productores agr\u00edcolas y 4 organizaciones.\n$627 millones en cr\u00e9ditos operacionales y capacitaci\u00f3n a 256 peque\u00f1os productores agr\u00edcolas y organizaciones campesinas regionales. \nEn el 2020 se concret\u00f3 el cierre  de 3 campamentos, beneficiando a 115 familias.\nContinuamos con las obras de la segunda etapa de la avenida Pedro Aguirre Cerda, en total se intervendr\u00e1n 4,3 kil\u00f3metros lo que permitir\u00e1 entregar una mejor calidad de vida a los vecinos.\nUrbanizaci\u00f3n Calle 1 primera etapa Altos La Chimba, entrega de obras de pavimentaci\u00f3n de la calle interior del Plan Urbano Habitacional Altos La Chimba Etapa 1, con una inversi\u00f3n total de mil 1.208 millones de pesos  que benefici\u00f3 a 11 mil 292 habitantes. \nConstrucci\u00f3n de 84 muros estabilizadores de pendiente y 2 pozas decantadoras, con una inversi\u00f3n total de M$6.000, beneficiando a 318 mil personas.\nMejoramiento y conservaci\u00f3n de 1,618 metros de sistemas de riego fiscal y Embalse Conchi, con una inversi\u00f3n de M$1.154\nContinuaci\u00f3n de la Posta Rural de la Caleta Paposo de Taltal que significar\u00e1n una inversi\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de MM$1.800 que beneficiar\u00e1 a sus 280 habitantes y de la Unidad de salud mental del Hospital de Taltal, con una inversi\u00f3n de M$962\nAprobaci\u00f3n de mas de M$6.000 para la compra de insumos, test de detecci\u00f3n r\u00e1pido, elementos de protecci\u00f3n para los equipos de salud, sanitinizaci\u00f3n de espacios p\u00fablicos, transporte, edificios p\u00fablicos y cajas de alimentos.\nDesarrollo territorial y calidad de vida\nTermino Dise\u00f1o Parque Perla del Norte en Antofagasta: 42 mil 300 metros cuadrados, beneficiando a m\u00e1s de 150 mil personas del sector norte. El costo de las obras est\u00e1 estimado en MM$9.369.\nInicio obras Parque Oasis de Calama:\n15,6 nuevas hect\u00e1reas y \u00e1reas verdes, beneficiar\u00e1 a 165 mil personas.
