En base a esto, sus componentes se focalizan en la poblaci\u00f3n comprendida en el rango etario de 15 a 29 a\u00f1os de edad, siendo tambi\u00e9n parte de sus usuarios todas las organizaciones y profesionales pertenecientes al Estado, autoridades p\u00fablicas y organismos internacionales que abordan tem\u00e1ticas relativas a las juventudes.\n\nEs importante destacar que, a partir del a\u00f1o 2020, el \u00e1mbito de intervenci\u00f3n directa con j\u00f3venes de la oferta program\u00e1tica institucional se actualiz\u00f3, agrup\u00e1ndola en tres grandes ejes:  Eje c\u00edvico-social; eje vocacional-laboral y eje f\u00edsico-mental.  A su vez, a consecuencia de la pandemia, se adaptaron las actividades institucionales a formatos online, poniendo esfuerzos en desarrollar una oferta program\u00e1tica atractiva, para mantener la participaci\u00f3n de los beneficiarios\/as.\n\nEntre los principales avances program\u00e1ticos logrados en el periodo, se destaca el posicionamiento del INJUV como actor relevante en organizaciones que trabajan con voluntarios\/as. Esto se potenci\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s de la \u201cSemana del Voluntariado\u201d, convocando a m\u00e1s de 2.044 j\u00f3venes y a m\u00e1s de 100 organizaciones de voluntariado de todo el pa\u00eds en actividades tales como: Seminario \u201cvoluntarios y activistas que impactan\u201d; \u201ccapacitaci\u00f3n en gesti\u00f3n del riesgo\u201d, \u201cD\u00eda Internacional del voluntario\u201d, \u201cEncuentro nacional de voluntarios\u201d y \u201cfestival del voluntario\u201d.\n\nEn el periodo, participaron m\u00e1s de 7 mil j\u00f3venes de los trabajos voluntarios \u201cVive Tus Parques\u201d, comprometidos con la conservaci\u00f3n y protecci\u00f3n del patrimonio natural impulsado por INJUV en las \u00c1reas Silvestres Protegidas de CONAF. Tambi\u00e9n se realizaron encuentros de trabajo en red y talleres de capacitaci\u00f3n a 831 organizaciones de voluntariado, en las que participaron mil 836 j\u00f3venes.\n\n Adem\u00e1s, se complet\u00f3 el Primer Catastro de Organizaciones de Voluntariado, en cuya elaboraci\u00f3n participaron m\u00e1s de mil organizaciones, y la apertura de la plataforma de voluntariado INJUV https:\/\/voluntariado.injuv.gob.cl\/, que re\u00fane las ofertas de voluntariado para j\u00f3venes en todas las regiones del pa\u00eds. \n\nLa l\u00ednea de fondos Acci\u00f3n Joven 2018-2022 entreg\u00f3 recursos a 1.325 organizaciones de la sociedad civil para generar iniciativas desde y para los j\u00f3venes, con el fin de fortalecer el tejido social y el desarrollo comunitario, por un total de 2 mil 337 millones. Entre las l\u00edneas de financiamiento se encuentran los fondos: \u201cFondo Participa\u201d, \u201cFondo Ra\u00edces\u201d, \u201cFondo Inclusivo\u201d, \u201cFondo Comunitario\u201d, \u201cFondo Participa Dos\u201d y \u201cFondo Voluntariado\u201d, distribuidos en todas las regiones del pa\u00eds, en m\u00e1s de 100 comunas.\n\nEn el mismo periodo, el INJUV se ha consolidado como un referente en la realizaci\u00f3n de estudios y sondeos sobre la realidad juvenil de nuestro pa\u00eds. Estos estudios y sondeos, tienen como finalidad sustentar los an\u00e1lisis de las futuras pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas que se desarrollen a nivel nacional y que est\u00e9n destinados a las y los j\u00f3venes de Chile. \nSe realizaron 18 sondeos de coyuntura, relativo a las tem\u00e1ticas de inter\u00e9s juvenil tales como, salud mental durante la pandemia, Participaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtico- social juvenil femenina, endeudamiento juvenil y educaci\u00f3n financiera y Estado y juventud, entre otras.\n\nAdicionalmente se publicaron los estudios \u201cDiagn\u00f3stico de Embarazo Adolescente\u201d, cuyo objetivo principal es conocer la situaci\u00f3n actual del embarazo adolescente en Chile desde una perspectiva de j\u00f3venes embarazadas y conocer sus redes cercanas e institucionales; y \u201cEstudio sobre las Problem\u00e1ticas y Desaf\u00edos de las juventudes en Chile\u201d con el prop\u00f3sito de generar un insumo t\u00e9cnico para conocer las condiciones de vida juvenil.\n\nLos mayores hitos en materia de estudios fueron el dise\u00f1o y desarrollo de la Novena y D\u00e9cima Encuesta Nacional de Juventud. En el a\u00f1o 2019, se dieron a conocer los resultados de la Novena Encuesta Nacional de la Juventud (ENJ), esfuerzo significativo del INJUV para contar con datos precisos, actualizados y pertinentes, aportados por nueve mil 700 j\u00f3venes encuestados en todo Chile. Esto arroja una fotograf\u00eda confiable para entender cu\u00e1les son las necesidades y problemas de las juventudes en temas que abarcan las brechas en educaci\u00f3n y acceso al trabajo, violencia en el pololeo, autonom\u00eda residencial y estilo de vida en general. \n\n En este contexto, el INJUV particip\u00f3 del lanzamiento de la IV Encuesta Nacional de Adolescentes y J\u00f3venes (ENAJ) de Uruguay, en donde se gener\u00f3 un espacio internacional colaborativo de difusi\u00f3n y transferencia t\u00e9cnica junto a los equipos de ambas naciones. \n\nPara fortalecer el rol de liderazgo, empoderar a los j\u00f3venes y generar espacios de di\u00e1logo con autoridades, en los a\u00f1os 2018 y 2019 se realizaron 319 desayunos p\u00fablicos, beneficiando a ocho mil 753 j\u00f3venes.\n\nEn esta misma l\u00ednea, 786 j\u00f3venes participaron en la iniciativa \u201cMentorea2\u201d, del Programa Creamos, en la que j\u00f3venes l\u00edderes de todas las regiones de Chile, tuvieron la oportunidad de compartir una jornada de acompa\u00f1amiento y un proceso de formaci\u00f3n con autoridades p\u00fablicas y privadas de sus regiones para fortalecer sus iniciativas.\n\nEn el contexto de promover la prevenci\u00f3n del VIH, en conjunto con el Ministerio de Salud, se realizaron intervenciones a lo largo del pa\u00eds en barrios universitarios, plazas, balnearios y estaciones de metro, acercando a m\u00e1s de diez mil j\u00f3venes la realizaci\u00f3n del Test R\u00e1pido de VIH, en forma gratuita y confidencial.\n\nEntre los principales logros del periodo, destaca el lanzamiento del Programa Hablemos de Todo, plataforma que busca informar respecto a tem\u00e1ticas de inter\u00e9s de j\u00f3venes en bienestar f\u00edsico y mental para la toma de mejores decisiones. Mas de 5mil j\u00f3venes participan en los Encuentros Regionales para definir las tem\u00e1ticas que tratar\u00e1 el Programa en cada regi\u00f3n. A su vez, m\u00e1s de 3.500 j\u00f3venes participaron en talleres y charlas para promover el bienestar f\u00edsico y mental. Asimismo, cerca de 60 mil usuarios\/as visitaron el sitio web https:\/\/hablemosdetodo.injuv.gob.cl\/\n\nUna de las iniciativas de INJUV que busca apoyar a j\u00f3venes a potenciar sus habilidades y guiarlos en su desarrollo personal, orient\u00e1ndoles en el conocimiento de diversos saberes, oficios y tem\u00e1ticas para desarrollar sus trayectorias laborales y vocacionales es el fomento a la orientaci\u00f3n vocacional y laboral de las y los j\u00f3venes de nuestro pa\u00eds. Es as\u00ed como, a trav\u00e9s de la Iniciativa Program\u00e1tica Cursos de Formaci\u00f3n Campus INJUV, se entregaron un total de 55.578 mil becas para cursos online sobre emprendimiento, marketing digital, desarrollo web, dise\u00f1o de proyectos, manejo del estr\u00e9s, entre otros con organizaciones p\u00fablicas y de la sociedad civil.  \n\nUno de los grandes logros para INJUV en el periodo, es la apertura de los espacios INHUB en las regiones de Tarapac\u00e1, Maule, Biob\u00edo, La Araucan\u00eda y Ays\u00e9n, donde m\u00e1s de 6 mil j\u00f3venes visitaron estos espacios colaborativos gratuitos, y m\u00e1s de 11 mil j\u00f3venes participaron en los talleres implementados de manera h\u00edbrida. En el marco de esta iniciativa, que busca introducir a j\u00f3venes al mundo del emprendimiento, se desarroll\u00f3 la iniciativa \u201cMi Emprendimiento\u201d, donde cerca de 879 j\u00f3venes se beneficiaron a trav\u00e9s de un plan formativo online de desarrollo de habilidades de emprendimiento.\n\nDestaca la firma de diversos convenios con entidades especialistas en temas de inter\u00e9s de las juventudes, como capacitaciones para juventudes femeninas (INACAP y Fundaci\u00f3n Ense\u00f1a Digital), autocuidado f\u00edsico y mental juvenil (Fundaci\u00f3n para la Confianza), Asesor\u00edas para el Programa Hablemos de Todo (Fundaci\u00f3n Todo Mejora), encuentros territoriales juveniles (ONG Observa Ciudadan\u00eda Y Fundaci\u00f3n Ciencia m\u00e1s Di\u00e1logo), operaci\u00f3n de espacios colaborativos INHUB (Fundaci\u00f3n Agent Piggy). \n\nEn una dimensi\u00f3n interna, y para el fortalecimiento institucional, se crean el Subdepartamento de Desarrollo de las Personas con el objetivo de dar cumplimiento a la normativa y est\u00e1ndares establecidos por el Servicio Civil en materia de personas a fin de mejorar los resultados organizacionales y la calidad del empleo p\u00fablico en el instituto; la Unidad de Relaciones Institucionales, con el objeto de dise\u00f1ar estrategias para fortalecer las relaciones intersectoriales, internacionales y con el sector productivo; y, la Unidad de Control de Gesti\u00f3n y Estrategia Institucional, que tiene como objetivo el desarrollo de acciones t\u00e9cnicas en materia de planificaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica; control de la gesti\u00f3n y de los procesos institucionales, aplicando metodolog\u00edas para la mejora continua de los sistemas relacionados, as\u00ed como el desarrollo de los est\u00e1ndares de calidad en la gesti\u00f3n, brindando asesor\u00eda a la Alta Direcci\u00f3n del Servicio para la toma de decisiones, a fin de dar cumplimiento a los compromisos internos y externos del Servicio en estas materias.\n\nFinalmente, destacar que, durante el periodo 2018-2022 el INJUV alcanz\u00f3 un resultado global de cumplimiento del 100% en el Programa de Mejoramiento de la Gesti\u00f3n (PMG), y un 100% de cumplimiento en los resultados globales de los compromisos adscritos al Convenio de Desempe\u00f1o Colectivo (CDC).
